This is an online restaurant reservation solution which includes call centers, restaurants, multiple users who can be administrators and main users. While a customer is calling the call center, he or she manages the customer by available restaurants, available dates and times, number of people, and automatically selected location, from which the application manages everything.

Our clients approached us to provide a solution that allows restaurants to register on a platform where customers can book tables online by choosing the restaurant and table of their choice. The main purpose of this application is to reduce the number of no-shows, reduce booking errors and greater guest experience.
As the name implies, this project is an online table reservation solution that includes end-to-end management of online tables and guest registration for restaurants. You can use this application to manage tables, their assignments, availability, payments, feedback and reviews. Users can reserve tables and create their own according to the number of attendees and the time that is convenient for them. They also can check the availability of tables over weekends or holidays to avoid waiting at their favorite restaurants.
Guest Manager was successfully delivered with the challenges faced within estimated time and efforts.
The customer hired a dedicated team for this project, including three .Net developers and one QA, to start research and development on the project by providing sample tasks. After that, we created several modules throughout the project and split them up. Finally, at the end he clubbed everything and the project got completed.
